Mr. Victor Ngozi Ugoh is currently the vice Chairman of NIDO Americas. He is also the president/CEO of UVN International LLC. , African Youth Educational Empowerment, and quality assurance consultant of SKG Pharma ltd Lagos Nigeria.

Mr. Ugoh is a native of Nguru in Aboh  Mbaise  local Government Area of Imo State Nigeria.
He attended Community Secondary School Amuzi and later University of Port Harcourt Nigeria.  Mr. Ugoh briefly worked for Schlumberger, wireline and testing Port Harcourt before moving to Lagos for youth service.  On completion of youth service in 1994, he was employed by SKG Pharma LTD Lagos as a quality assurance chemist. He worked there for four years before moving to University of Durban South Africa on the invitation of Dr. F.O Shode .While in University of Durban, he collaborated with Dr. Shode to research on a drug  for typhoid fever.

On moving to the United States in January 1999, Mr. Ugoh was employed by NICCA USA, Fountain Inn, South Carolina  where he worked as research and development chemist for six years. He moved from NICCA to BMW manufacturing  corporation where he worked as a resident chemist for two years. Mr. Ugoh also worked for Revogenex pharma as method development chemist  before opening  his own company.

Mr. Ugoh obtained his US citizenship in Greenville South Carolina, where he has been living since 1999. He is one of the founding members of the Igbo Union of the Upstate of South Carolina. He served as the secretary of the Igbo union for eight years and is currently the vice president. He is also instrumental to the formation  and certification of NIDO Carolinas.

Mr Victor Ugoh is married to Dr. Ugochi Victor- Ugoh.
